ADDING TEXTURE AND COLOR TO YOUR WARDROBE

[dropcap]P[/dropcap] laying with texture, color and prints can be tricky. But that’s one of the things I love most about personal style. Anything goes! I originally bought these red velvet pants to wear with a leopard print bodysuit. The bodysuit didn’t arrive in the mail on time so I tried this satin, gold blouse with the pants and it worked effortlessly. Sometimes accidental happens end up a blessing. Like these two vibrant colors and textures working together. Adding texture and color to your wardrobe adds an element of glam meets sophistication. Paired with a beret and you have an ounce of Parisian chic!

Since I recently stopped working with a photographer so I could benefit financially from my brand partnerships until I’ve reached macro level, I’ve been experimenting with photography shooting my own content. Now I’m obsessed. Seeing my creative vision come to life has been the most rewarding and exhilarating experience ever! That said, it’s also put me in a bind since I don’t own the necessary equipment to achieve maximum results. It’s been a learning curve that I’m excited to explore more and develop in 2019. Stay tuned for more of this wild ride coming soon!

Through this new discovery I’m learning what works well on camera and what actually wears well together in real life. My verdict on red is in. You cannot go wrong with red anything this season. Red and texture pair well with just about everything!
