[dropcap]T[/dropcap] his week’s “Man of the Week” is no stranger to the camera. Professionally you may know him as Adam Levine’s body double turned look-alike impersonator, but don’t be fooled by this doppelgänger. Fred Dibella may be all good looks and charming, but hey, he gets paid to be. With a modeling career under his belt most recently featured in Esquire, Modern Luxury and Men’s Health, and a rising acting career, he is headed straight for the top. From print and film to a national commercial for McDonalds, Fred has a list of accomplishments to be proved of. Despite a successful year Fred’s already preparing for what’s next.
If his growing Instagram account which has peaked over 10k+ followers this year isn’t an indication of what’s to come, the hours he spends in the gym are sure to pay off. With rock solid abs and bad boy tattoos Fred’s won the ladies vote which means the casting directors are next to follow. If “must love tattoos” is your motto then Fred’s latest back piece is sure to impress. An entire mural dedicated to his late mother Linda Dibella. This guy is no joke. Not only is he talented but he’s also a true gentleman and he appreciates art. Three great qualities. You’ve got my vote!
This week’s “Man of the Week” has built a successful place in Hollywood for himself and a spot on my men’s fashion list. With killer style that never disappoints you can be certain David Beckham has nothing on Fred. Whether he’s wearing a peacoat, vintage tee, or dare I say down to the skivvies (scroll through his Instagram for more), Fred gets better with each look. Read more to see why Fred is my pick for #MCM and Halloween’s “Man of the Week”.

I started the year booking a McDonald’s national commercial and a print campaign for Xeo-men which ended up in Esquire magazines August issue.
I like to keep things simple. Vintage t-shirt, tanks, cut off shirts and jeans with boots.
Panda, Panda, Panda. Lol
Take it very slow. No need to rush things and get into a relationship after like a week or so.
Go to a soccer game in Europe. I love watching how into the game the fans are chanting and singing the whole game.
I love love leggings. They are the cheapest to buy, but make their body look really good.
The gym. Fitness is a lifestyle. Even on vacation I find a gym.
I haven’t traveled that much due to work but one thing that’s always stuck with me was a trip to Ohio 7 years ago. Sometimes it’s hard to appreciate home when you’re always there, but after seeing the difference between Ohio and my home state California I realized how amazing California is. Ohio was a great experience and a cool state, but having been born and raised in LA that trip made me appreciative home. Nothing compares to this city.
I was “Fan of the Game” at a Laker game years ago. My friend owned a clothing company so we wore his stuff to the game. We knew we wouldn’t be seen in the seats that we were sitting in so we walked down to the Season Ticket Holder seats and paid the usher $30 bucks to sit in that section. Just then, I saw the jumbotron panning around and look up at our section. BAMMMM, the jumbotron was on me, “Fan of the Game.” We weren’t supposed to be in those seats! The usher came up to me and said, “Please don’t claim this prize or I will get fired.” Lol
Probably David Beckham. His fashion is always on point.
I usually play things by ear, so nothing set in stone.
