With the help of travel apps, books, online services and agencies we have a wealth of resources at our fingertips. The problem isn’t always planning a trip, sometimes it’s having enough time.

Lodging and airfare costs are the most frequently asked questions when booking travel. I know this because it is the first thing people mention to me when requesting a travel consultation. How much is this going to cost? Can my family do this, that and the other with our budget? And so on… After visiting  46 states and 30 countries, I am slowly mastering the art of traveling, but travel is different for everyone. You can book a rental property in advance or a same day rental. A unique feature Airbnb offers that hotels does not is the ability to contact the host directly to inquiry about the property and negotiate the pricing. Airbnb holds each host to a high level of service to guarantee each guest a pleasant stay. The benefit you gain from this is comparing rental reviews between properties from other guests experience.
