February is here and it’s time for that holiday we love to hate when we are single, Valentine’s Day. My plans vary from year-to-year how this cliched romantic holiday turned girls night out will unfold. Like Christmas its another holiday I incorporate shades of red into my wardrobe: Lipstick, nail polish, dresses, shoes, etc. This year I settled on a simple red vintage clutch I stole from my mother’s closet years back. I love a red head-to-toe show stopper like a tailored pant suit or a gorgeous gown, but a simple outfit that is feminine and wearable year-around really appealed to me more. The handful of days I wear color each year solidified my choice to go all white with a touch of red. With the perfect balance of fringe on this skirt and layers on my blouse it is both girly and fun but gives the suede bag that extra inch to seal the outfit with just a pop of red for V-day.
